WHAT ARE YOUR TURNAROUND TIMES?
Turnaround times are dependent on the scope of the job. Our normal turn around times are seven business days for a regular order, however for large production orders this will be determined by the quantity and physical materials incorporate (ie size, actual material etc)
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
For account customers, 30 days terms following dispatch of goods. For all orders over $5,000 we ask for a 25% deposit prior to commencing , with 30 day terms following dispatch of goods.
For Cash of Delivery customers, payment is due prior to collection or disaptch
CAN WE SUPPLY OUR OWN PRODUCTS?
Sure. evright.com Industrial will be more than happy to mark your supplied items. In fact, this is something we prefer to. Just ask your project manager for a quote, and we will provide a full sampling and testing program before we undertake full production.
WHAT IS YOUR SAMPLE PROCESS?
We are more than happy to provide samples prior to production commencing. There will be a small fee for this service, redeemable on the larger production order invoice. Please refer to your project consultant for more.
